In response to this, we strive to create a corporate culture where people feel free to speak up, rather than a top-down approach. For example, we don't force employees to participate in drinking parties or trips. Of course, we encourage people to participate as these are opportunities for socializing, but we believe it is important to create an atmosphere where people themselves feel like they want to participate. Generally speaking, our employees tend to be honest people, which is typical of people from Tohoku.

As a result, I travel domestically every year and overseas every 10 years, and have visited Hawaii, Korea, Guam, Taiwan, Okinawa, Kyoto, Sendai Rakuten Baseball Stadium, Hokkaido, Osaka Universal Studios, Tokyo Disney Resort, and other places.
Not only do we cover the expenses for this trip for our employees, but we also encourage them to bring their wives and children, and we cover the expenses for their families as well.
This is done with the hope that the families of our employees, especially their children, will have the rare experience of traveling abroad and make it a memory that will last a lifetime.
